Ingredients
- 250 g Beef Chuck, Cut into 1cm dice
- 100 chiliad Smoked Streaky Bacon, Cut into 5mm Die
- 50 m Celery, Cutting into 3-5mm dice
- 200 one thousand Onion, Cutting into 3-5mm Dice
- 6 Garlic Cloves, Finely Diced
- i L Beefiness Stock
- fifty ml Balsamic Vinegar
- ane Tbsp Dried Oregano
- 150 g Parsnip, Cut into 5-7mm dice
- 2 Tbsp Lycopersicon esculentum Paste
- 150 1000 Carrot, Cut into 5-7mm die
- 150 one thousand Celeriac, Cut into 5-7mm dice
- Salt and Pepper, To taste
- 75 thou Pocket-sized Soup Pasta
- 1 Tbsp Cooking Oil, Neutral
- 150 m Peas, Frozen are fine just defrost them first or add extra time
Instructions
- Ready your InstantPot to saute and when hot add in the cooking oil and diced bacon and cook for iii-4 minutes.
- Now add together in the beef and saute until caramalised, another 3-4 minutes, at present remove the bacon and beef from the pan and add in the onions and celery and cook saute for 5 minutes.
- Add the garlic and cook for 60 seconds before adding back in the meat so the balsamic vinegar and reducing until the pan is nearly dry.
- Turn off the saute function, add in the beefiness stock, oregano and love apple paste and accept a taste adding salt and pepper as required.
- Place on the hat and cook on manual high pressure level for 8 minutes.
- The quick release the lid and add together in the diced parsnip, carrot and celeriac and once more replace the hat and cook on manual under high pressure level for iv minutes, now is also a good time to bank check that seasoning again adding common salt and pepper as required.
